You have a business problem and need someone to build a tool around it. It might involve repetitive administration, document processing, disconnected systems, or an internal interface for your team.

What do I actually do?

I design and implement the agreed workflow, connect it to the tools it needs, and test the result with representative inputs. I include human review for uncertain outputs or consequential actions, and discuss what should happen when a service fails.

What do you receive?

A scoped system, agreed integrations, testing, deployment, documentation, and a walkthrough. The quote defines acceptance criteria and the access, materials, and feedback I need from you. We also agree on ownership and third-party licenses.

How is the work priced?

I provide a written quote in USD before work starts. Complexity, integrations, data quality, and deployment needs affect scope. Expected hosting, software, and model usage costs are explained separately from the build fee.

Can you use your existing tools?

I inspect the tools and access available before committing to an integration. Where a connection is limited, I explain the choices and any extra work. You do not need to replace everything to build one useful workflow.

What happens afterward?

I hand over the agreed documentation and access, explain the operating steps, and walk through known limitations. Optional support can cover maintenance and improvements with explicit coverage and response expectations.
