I ask how the work happens today, what takes time, and what needs to stay under your control. Together we compare approaches, costs, limitations, and the amount of change your team can take on.
What do you receive?
Your agreed engagement includes clear recommendations, priorities, and an actionable next step. That could be a shortlist of tools, a workflow outline, or a scoped brief for a future build. I specify the format and depth in the quote.
How is the work priced?
The initial 15-minute call is free. Paid consulting is quoted in USD according to the scope and deliverables. You can take the recommendations and implement them yourself; advice does not commit you to a build.
Can you use your existing tools?
Yes. We start with what you already have. An existing feature, a simpler process, or better configuration may solve the problem. Custom software is one option, and we discuss when it is justified.
What happens afterward?
You leave with an agreed next step. If you need implementation or later advice, we can scope a separate engagement. There is no required support plan.
